Abstract


ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between learning method and learning outcomes sains on class VIII Junior High School of Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Education Year 2015/2016. This research is qualitative research that uses correlation approach. In order to collect the data of this research has uses questioner, observation, interview and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 158 students, it consist of  5 classes, and they are VIII-1, VIII-2, VIII-3, VIII-4 and VIII-5. Analysis data of this research uses analysis correlation technic by Pearson Product Moment. The result of this research shows that there are high correlations between learning method (X) and learning outcomes sains (Y) on class VIII Junior High School of Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Education Year 2015/2016, with score of correlation coefition (rxy) is 0,78 and contribution learning method to learning outcomes sains is 60,84%. Based on the result of analysis t test gets taccount 15.56 >  ttable 1.975. Conclusion are correlations is significant between learning method and learning outcomes sains on class VIII Junior High School of Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru Education Year 2015/2016.
